Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our warehouse in Philadelphia, PA.

Processing

In-stock blanks usually leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Custom DTF and UV DTF transfers are printed to order and ship once they're printed and packed.

Rates & carriers

We ship with UPS and FedEx. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your package weight and address. The options available for your address appear at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stalls or your box shows up damaged, email orders@americadtfco.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos, and we'll work it out with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
